Barwon Heads Tennis Club took out the Ocean Grove Bowling Club community bowls series.
More commonly referred to as ‘barefoot bowls’ the club hosts the even every year with teams representing locals businesses and clubs.
Players are treated to four Mondays of playing bowls with drinks available and a meal at the completion of play.
It’s a popular event on the local calendar with 28 teams of four participating.
The team of Andrew McKinnon, Sally Edwards, Rhonda Sutas and Robert Begolo won the title with trophies provided by the Ocean Grove Voice.
