Two Bellarine Peninsula women have joined forces to launch The Wellbeing Express.

Kim High and Charlotte Fraser will launch a guided train ride offering an express dose of immersive experiences designed to diffuse stress, restore balance and create time for reflection.

The 1920s heritage train will depart from Queenscliff Station and travel to Drysdale and return, giving patrons an opportunity to absorb the beauty of the natural scenery of Swan Bay and surrounding areas.

Each passenger will have their own silent disco headset and move through the four carriages of wellbeing experiences from gentle yoga to hypnosis, qi gong to guided watercolour.

Each carriage will be facilitated by a wellbeing professional from the Bellarine Peninsula.

Participants will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the train in a four-hour round trip, experience a range of immersive activities, have a snack, and leave with a goodie bag to take home.

With more than 30 years of experience in the wellbeing industry between them, Kim and Charlotte decided to create something unique and meaningful in their beautiful seaside location.

“We are seeing a spike in overwhelm, chronic stress, worry and fatigue in our clients,” Kim said.

“We wanted to create a different way to encourage the community to direct their attention towards maintaining positive mind and body health.

“The train offers an express and interesting way for participants to discover and enjoy a selection of wellbeing practices.

The novel approach of the train, and silent disco headphones makes it a fun way to set aside the time to put your sense of calm and balance on the weekend menu.”

The Wellbeing Express will run on Saturday January 14. More information trybooking.com/events/landing/991446
