Committee elected at mini railway

Portarlington Bayside Miniature Railway held its sixth Annual General Meeting on Saturday August 13.

Keith Stasinowsky, Brian Coleman and Harm Jager were re-elected president, vice-president/secretary and treasurer respectively.

The Miniature Railway also honored its sponsors for their ongoing support over the year and presented Certificates of Appreciation to Coles Drysdale, Portarlington Beach Motel, Portarlington Golf Club, Bellerine Furniture & Bedding, Museum of Motoring & Industry, Mortimers Petroleum, Tavids Print Group & Buxton Real Estate.

“The railway continues to have a bright future and has many plans in the melting pot to ensure the railway’s future success,” publicity office Brian Coleman said.

“The railway is looking for new volunteers to help run this unique railway – so come on down, join our happy band and get yourself involved.”
