Torrential rain has flooded some parts of Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads.
Locals have reported Grubb Road is down to one lane with severe flooding, while sections of Wallington Road and Barwon Heads Road have also been affected.
Some individual rain gauges have reported nearly 40mm of rain last night and this morning.
The weather bureau is expecting the rain to subside by this afternoon.
