Grove cases remain steady

Active COVID cases in Ocean Grove have plateaued.

Ocean Grove had 80 active cases today, an increase of six from Sunday.

Cases have remained steady between 70 and 80 for around two weeks.

The town had 16 new cases yesterday, but the number of active cases fell as people recovered. There have been 2417 recorded cases since the pandemic began.

Barwon Heads has 21 active cases, Clifton Springs, Curlewis, Drysdale and Wallington has 133, Indented Head, Portarlington and St Leonards has 31 while Point Lonsdale and Queenscliff has 18.

Cases in Armstrong Creek have fallen to 125.

Statewide there were 5645 new cases today with 227 in hospital and 29 in ICU.
