Harry to debut

Barwon Heads teenager Harry Hyland will make his A Grade debut today in round 3 of Bellarine Peninsula Cricket Association A2 Grade.

Hyland, who comes from a famous Barwon Heads Cricket Club family, is a promising leg-spinner and can hold his own with the bat. Hyland has already taken two senior hat-tricks, despite being just 15.

The Heads will host Winchelsea after a powerhouse performance last week that was led by Darcy Hewitt who smacked 110 from only 57 deliveries. Veteran Ande Santilli makes an A Grade comeback for the Seagulls.

Portarlington hosts a rejuvenated Wallington in what is shaping as the game of the round.

Drysdale hosts Little River while Newcomb will find the going tough against flag favourites Armstrong Creek.
