COLLENDINA Cricket Club has appointed Corey Walter as its playing coach for the 2016/17 season after the club’s annual general meeting was held on Sunday.
Walter, a longtime Cobra, teamed up with Ben Ricardo as the Collendina senior co-coaches for the last two seasons.
Ricardo will stay on as a player at Collendina next season.
In other cricket news, Peter Hart has replaced Colin Bate as the Ocean Grove Cricket Club president for the upcoming season.
Paul Jubber will continue on as a playing coach at Ocean Grove next season.
