POLICE have charged a 15-year-old following an alleged assault at a party in Ocean Grove on Saturday night.
It’s alleged a boy was hit in the head by the youth and suffered non life-threatening injuries as a result.
The youth will face the Children’s Court on Tuesday 29 March.
Police said they had to use capsicum spray to subdue the youth after he resisted arrest.
