Labor’s Libby Coker has retained the seat of Corangamite and will serve her second term.
At the time of writing Coker had 39.4 per cent of first preference votes.
Liberal candidate and Geelong mayor Stephanie Asher had 32.9 per cent while Greens candidate Alex Marshall had 15.5 per cent.
Of the preference votes, Coker had 59.1 per cent to Asher’s 40.9 per cent with an 8.05 per cent swing for the ALP. Swing is based on the percentage change in voter support for the two preferred candidates between now and the previous federal election.
