Guy holds free event

Guy Sebastian is returning to Geelong for a free community event this Wednesday.

The Open Door Session will be held at Geelong Arts Centre’s The Open House from 6pm on August 13 to celebrate the release of Guy’s new album 100 Times Around The Sun, released on August 8.

Geelong Arts Centre will slide open its street-facing Little Malop Street door into The Open House at 6pm, with K Rock 95.5’s Tim and Jess broadcasting live from 3pm to 6pm.

People are encouraged to come along early to the free pop-up album release party to secure their spot and grab an album, which will be available for purchase at the event.

Guy will sign copies of the album and treat the crowd to a performance featuring a couple of songs from his new release.

Capacity is limited, and the event will run on a first-come, first-served basis, so people are encouraged to arrive early to secure a place.

Guy last visited Geelong in 2022, where he performed to a sold-out crowd at Costa Hall.
