A THRIVING multipurpose performance space based in Drysdale, the Potato Shed plays a crucial role in connecting the local community, as well as local high schools Bellarine Secondary College and St Ignatius, to all forms of the performing arts.

Resident theatre company Theatre 3triple2 developed at the shed as a way for members of the local community to remain engaged in and with live performing.

From the annual Winter Solstice and 12 x 12 Plays to Theatre 3triple2 for Kids, the Potato Shed has championed Theatre 3triple2 and the role that performing arts plays in local community health.

In addition to being the home of a number of smaller performing arts groups such as the Bellarine Jongleurs and dance troupe Bella-esque, the shed has presented an exceptional performing arts program for the past 15 years that features some of the best touring shows in Australia.
