Shark fears close beach

Ocean Grove beach was closed today after a possible shark sighting.
The shark was spotted late this morning and the beach was closed as a safety precaution.
There have been numerous sightings of a great white shark off the coast of Ocean Grove and Barwon Heads this summer, but this is the first time that the beach has been closed.
Jan Juc, Anglesea and Fairhaven beaches were closed earlier this summer after a shark sighting.
