Geelong bus stop attack

A man is fighting for his life after he was attacked at a Geelong bus stop yesterday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to Moorabool Street at 4.55pm on 15 October after reports that a man in his 20s had been assaulted.

A Victoria Police spokesperson said the man had been taken to University Hospital Geelong “with serious injuries”.

“Police are currently on scene and are trying to establish the circumstances surrounding the assault,” they said.
