Two Geelong organisations have joined forces to launch a regional leadership program that will take organisations on a transformative journey.

Designed to allow individuals and industry to keep pace with the ever-evolving world of business, the six-month Leadership Edge program between The Gordon and Geelong Chamber of Commerce will help participants to stay ahead of the curve with tailored training solutions designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to navigate today’s complex and dynamic business landscape.

Aimed at emerging business leaders across small, medium and large organisations, the program will raise the leadership profile and professional

networks of individuals seeking to boost their capabilities and lead their teams towards a successful future.

“This program is custom designed for both small business leaders and those in larger organisations who are looking to significantly enhance their leadership effectiveness,” The Gordon chief executive Joe Ormeno said.

“Through immersive workshops, coaching sessions, and real-world projects, participants will gain the tools to excel as individuals, team leaders, and drivers of business growth.”

“Participants will gain real time experience through Chamber events, networking, and access to opportunities to apply their learning as they progress,” Geelong Chamber of Commerce chief executive Jeremy Crawford said.

“It’s important we continue to provide opportunities for business to invest in themselves, their employees, and their business. The outcomes achieved through The Leading Edge will provide invaluable experiences for business leaders and owners well into the future.”
