Masks mandatory, no visitors

Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews this morning announced that Colac Otway, Greater Geelong, Surf Coast, Moorabool, Golden Plains and Queenscliffe will no longer be able to visit people or have visitors at home from 11.59pm Thursday night.

Mr Andrews also announced that mandatory face mask wearing will be applied for the entire state from midnight Sunday.
