OCEAN GROVE BOWLS
Ocean Grove suffered a four-shot loss to Queenscliff in Premier Division bowls on the weekend, but still held second place on the ladder.
Division 2 defeated Torquay in a minor upset and Division 3 defeated Clifton Springs 100 to 84.
In Division 5, Ocean Grove disposed of bottom side City of Geelong to retain its spot in the top two.
The Division 6 side thrashed Anglesea 113 to 70 while Division 8 went down in a close tussle to Belmont by six shots.
Division 9 kept top spot on the ladder with a 47 to 40 win against Bell Post Hill and Division 10 had a good win againsy Bareena to keep their finals hopes flickering.
