One of the greats of the Australian entertainment scene will bring his show to the Potato Shed.
Issy Dye will appear at April Morning Showtime at 10.30am on Tuesday 5 April with his show, Issi Dye – A Life Full of Tributes.
With over 55 years of treading the boards, Dye toured as support artist to some of the biggest international names in the business, including Roy Orbison, Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, The Platters, The Supremes and The Everly Brothers.
Locally, Issi has worked with everyone from Johnny Farnham, Normie Rowe, Johnny Young, Brian Cadd, Russell Morris and Colleen Hewitt.
In the 70s he fronted the first late-night entertainment television show, Happening 70s and went on to appear on all the big shows including Countdown, The Bert Newton Show, The Don Lane Show, Kerry Anne Mornings – he even did a stint on Family Feud.
Issi Dye – A Life Full of Tributes pays homage to all the greats who have influenced his long and varied musical career.
